He is a Beijing industrial designer with almost 10 years working experiences, a Senior Industrial Designer & ID Project Manager at ByteDance / PICO. As a problem solver, he is quite focusing on the balance between business requirements, human-centered system and technical feasibility.
He was fortunate to take part in exploring the XR devices, and also work for some consulting agencies and provided innovative solutions for outstanding clients over the past few years. His design embodies the simplicity, subtlety and practical solution from his view of life.
When he doesn’t design, he likes photography, swimming and try something interesting about Chinese traditional art. He finds his hobbies help him keep creative and often lead to moments of inspiration.

Designed XR Devices in PICO, which is a leading VR company with independent innovation and R&D capabilities, focusing on VR all-in-one technology. And I was fortunate to be the only one Industrial Designer who has both VR & AR design experiences simultaneously. Besides working as an Industrial Designer, I also paid more attention to product definition, target users, usage scenarios and design language. From the beginning of projects to the mass production of products, I was involved in the entire process.

To provide design and consultant service for variety of categories clients. Participated in research and strategy phase to translate insights into design based on all kinds of methodologies. Focus on the balance between business requirements, human-centered system and technical feasibility, to build great product experiences for user and successful business model for clients. Coordinate with in-house engineers and factories, and provide consulting services about CMFP & implementation issues. Apart from above, I also take charge of project management, to communicate with clients, establish project schedules, lead design directions and push design team develop concepts further.
